Josh has built long-standing partnerships with leading clients, including Doral Golf, Trump National Jupiter, and Floridian National Golf Club. Based in Tampa, Rita Mendoza brings over 20 years of staffing experience to her role leading Northwest Florida operations. She has managed teams across branch leadership, sales, client relations, and recruiting, earning a reputation for dependability and results. Rita oversees Barnett’s Tampa and Riverview offices and partners with clients such as Versatile Packagers, DiMare Fresh, and Truscapes Landscaping. She began as a secretary and moved into payroll administration within her first year—where she has delivered accuracy and reliability ever since. ONSITE MANAGER, LAS VEGAS
Maria G. Nieves Soto is an Onsite Manager for Barnett Management in Las Vegas. Originally from Venezuela, she earned a law degree from Andrés Bello Catholic University with concentrations in Administrative Law, Tax Law, and Human Rights. Maria previously supported IGM Solution and now partners with Fabrication Technology—one of Barnett’s long-standing clients. After three years in Las Vegas, she continues to apply her legal training and management experience to support teams on-site, deliver excellent service, and contribute to the growth of Barnett’s West operations.
